1. Services Provided
Alba Cleaning Company provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. The scope of our services will be outlined in your service agreement or booking confirmation.
2. Booking and Payment
Bookings for cleaning services must be made in advance, either through our website, phone, or email. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other payment methods as specified.
3. Service Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 48 hrs in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hrs of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 and cancellations made within 24 hrs of appointment may be a subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of entire service amount.
4. Liability
While we take great care to provide high-quality cleaning services, Alba Cleaning Company is not responsible for any damage to property or personal items that may occur during the cleaning process. Clients should remove fragile or valuable items before the cleaning service. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the premises and for providing accurate details regarding any special instructions or cleaning preferences. Failure to provide such details may result in services not being performed as expected.
